Springtime Bouquet of Noodles

Springtime Bouquet of Noodles

My son and I made this for a show and tell project where we had to make a bouquet of flowers using our imagination.

Items Needed:

Various pasta noodles
Green Felt
Scissors
Hot glue gun
Various acrylic paints
paint brush
paper plates
Piece of cardstock

1. Pick out the noodles you want to design your own bouquet of flowers.

2. Next, paint each noodle the same color as you want your flower to be. My son found it easier to "roll" the noodles in paint. Allow plenty of time to dry.

3. When completely dry, heat up your glue gun and glue each noodle to the cardstock in the shape of a flower. (Obviously, I had to do this part.)

4. Cut out pieces of green felt and glue onto the flowers to make leaves. Also cut out centers for the flowers and glue them where you want them.

Whallah! You have created a beautiful masterpiece with your child!
